These rush printing terms and policies below explain the turnaround times, proof approval, pricing, quality concerns, returns, and other conditions that apply to products ordered through 3DayDash.com. Please review this information before approving an order.

Three-Business-Day Turnaround

For qualifying orders accepted under our three-day service, we aim to complete printing and delivery within three business days.

The three-business-day schedule begins only after we receive:

Complete order specifications
Final artwork approval
Required payment
Confirmation that the order qualifies for three-day service

Artwork revisions, incomplete information, delayed approvals, or payment delays can change the delivery schedule.

In addition, severe weather, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, equipment problems, and other circumstances outside our control may affect production or delivery. When we learn of a significant delay, we will make a reasonable effort to keep you informed.

Order Quantities and Production Limits

Some products have quantity limits under the three-business-day service. Therefore, we must review the product, quantity, artwork, destination, and required arrival date before accepting the order.

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not guarantee product availability or three-business-day delivery.

Artwork and Proof Approval

Customers may provide print-ready artwork or request available design and prepress assistance.

Before production, we review the artwork for common printing concerns. However, the customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, spelling, telephone numbers, website addresses, disclaimers, logos, photographs, colors, and layout details shown on the final proof.

Once the customer approves the final proof, we will print from that approved version. Changes requested after approval may create additional charges or delay production.

Customer Content and Legal Requirements

The customer is responsible for having permission to reproduce all submitted logos, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted material, endorsements, and other content.

Political campaigns and organizations are also responsible for supplying and approving any legally required authorization statements, disclaimers, committee names, or “paid for by” language.

Union Printing and Union Bugs

3DayDash.com is not a union printing service. Our three-day production network cannot place or reproduce an authorized union label, commonly called a union bug, on any product offered through this website.

If your campaign, organization, client, or contract requires union-produced printing, please identify that requirement before requesting pricing. Products ordered through 3DayDash.com will not qualify as union-printed materials.

Full-Color Printing and Color Matching

We use full-color (“CMYK”) printing processes that can reproduce photographs, gradients, one-color logos, and multicolor artwork.

However, we cannot guarantee an exact Pantone Matching System, or PMS, color match. Colors may also vary somewhat between computer screens, previously printed materials, different substrates, and separate production runs.

Quality Concerns

If we cause a production error, we will review the problem promptly. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a reprint, refund, or account credit for the affected items.

Please report any printing problem or shipping damage as soon as possible. We may request photographs, packaging information, or other documentation before determining the appropriate resolution.

Pricing

We compete through responsive customer service, artwork assistance, dependable print quality, rapid production, and expedited delivery.

We do not promise to offer the lowest price. Instead, we price each project according to the product, quantity, specifications, artwork requirements, delivery destination, and speed required.

Returns and Cancellations

Because we manufacture printed products specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or grant refunds simply because the customer changes plans or no longer needs the order.

Once production begins, the customer may remain responsible for expenses already incurred. However, our quality policy still applies when we cause a verified production error.

Our production and printing facilities are located in other parts of the contiguous United States. When required for an approved three-day order, we use expedited FedEx delivery to help meet the confirmed arrival date.
