Most orders are printed and shipped within 72 business hours after final proof approval and payment. While we strive to meet or beat this timeline, occasional delays (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues) can directly affect delivery. We’ll always keep you informed if timing is impacted.

If there’s an error in your order caused by us — whether print quality or shipping mishandling — we’ll work quickly to reprint, refund, or credit you, based on what’s most fair for the situation.
Customer Files & Proofing
All files submitted should be print-ready. If we spot issues, we’ll let you know before proceeding. Final responsibility for content, spelling, and layout lies with the customer once approved.

Our products are priced fairly in tune with the marketplace and the turnaround time you require to get your purchases delivered in-hand.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are not accepted.

This website, 3DayDash.com, is a marketing channel owned and fulfilled by ID Builders, Inc., a Cobb County, Georgia based marketing and promotions company in operation since 2003. Production & Printing facilities are located in other parts of the contiguous USA & we ship Overnight Priority FedEx to arrive at your door within the 3-day limit. Some items do have production limits as to how many we can produce within the 3-day time-span. Our Customer Service will converse with you on those limits.
